This website is operated by KS Group International Sdn. Bhd. (Company Reg. No. 202401013920 (1559770-M)), with its office at 22-12, Wisma YNH, Kiara 163, 8, Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, W.P. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Its registered negotiator for this development is Kristy Sim, REN 55687. Estate agency licence: available on request.

KS Group International acts as an appointed marketing agent for the development known as TRX Residences. This is not the official website of the developer, of Lendlease, or of TRX City Sdn Bhd. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Lendlease or TRX City Sdn Bhd beyond our appointment as a marketing agent for this development. 2. What we collect and why (PDPA Notice)

This notice is issued under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) (“PDPA”). When you complete the enquiry form on this website, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your stated area of interest (large residences, penthouse/sky units, investment enquiry, or general)
  • Any message you choose to include
  • Technical information such as the page you submitted from and the date and time of submission

We collect this data for one purpose only: to contact you about TRX Residences and related property enquiries you have raised with us. We use it to send you pricing, floor plans and availability, to arrange viewings, and to respond to your questions.

Providing this data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide your name and at least one contact method, we will not be able to respond to your enquiry.

3. Your consent

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the consent box on the enquiry form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to kristy.d2co@gmail.com. On withdrawal we will stop contacting you and will delete or anonymise your data unless we are required by law to keep it.

4. Who your data is shared with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your data is disclosed only to:

  • Our licensed negotiators and staff, who handle your enquiry.
  • The developer or its appointed sales team, where this is necessary to register your interest, confirm unit availability, or process a booking you have asked us to make.
  • Web3Forms, the third-party form-delivery service that transmits your submission to our inbox. Web3Forms processes the data on servers outside Malaysia. See their policy at web3forms.com/privacy.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to continue the conversation using the WhatsApp links on this site. Messages you send there are governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
  • Any party we are required to disclose to by law or by a competent authority.

Because our form provider processes data outside Malaysia, submitting the form involves a transfer of your personal data abroad. By giving consent you agree to that transfer.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles on this site beyond what is described above. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for as long as is necessary to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records has from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are required to keep it longer by law.

7. Security

We take reasonable practical steps to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure. Data is transmitted from this website over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights under the PDPA

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
  • Withdraw your consent to our processing
  • Limit the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes
  • Ask how your data has been used and to whom it has been disclosed

To exercise any of these rights, email kristy.d2co@gmail.com. We will respond within 21 days as required by the Act. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. A small fee may apply to a data access request, as permitted under the PDPA.

Photographs of the development on this website are sourced from publicly available developer marketing materials of TRX Residences and the Tun Razak Exchange district. They are not a guarantee of the finished condition, view, or unit you may be allocated.

Unit sizes, layouts, facility descriptions, level allocations, tenure, land title, indicative pricing and completion dates are taken from materials supplied by the developer and from publicly reported figures. They are indicative only, are subject to change, and are subject to final approval by the relevant authorities. Indicative starting prices are not an official price list; please request the current official price list before making any decision.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to treat, a contract, or any part of a contract. Distances and travel times are approximate. Statements about the surrounding neighbourhood describe the area generally and are not representations about the development itself.
