Our relationship to this development
We are not the developer. TRX Residences is jointly developed by Lendlease and TRX City Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201001004150), the master developer of Tun Razak Exchange. KS Group International has no ownership of, or control over, the development.
This is not the developer’s official website. It is a marketing website operated by KS Group International. The developer does not operate it, does not publish it, and is not responsible for its content. If you are looking for the developer’s own materials, please contact the developer or its official sales gallery directly.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Lendlease or TRX City Sdn Bhd beyond our appointment to market this development. “TRX”, “Tun Razak Exchange” and “TRX Residences” are trade marks of their respective owners, used here solely to identify the development we have been appointed to market.
How we are paid. If you buy a unit through us, we receive a commission from the developer. You do not pay us a fee. This is the standard arrangement for appointed marketing agents in Malaysia, and we disclose it so you know exactly where our interest lies.

KS Group International works with buyers and investors looking at residential and commercial property in Kuala Lumpur. For a project like TRX Residences, that means:
